Pay Your Own Shipping
Have your own UPS, FedEx or DHL number? You also have the ability to pay for your own shipping. Upon checkout, select ground shipping. Then, call our office at 1-877-277-6266 with your order number handy and provide us with your shipping account number and carrier. We'll then send it to you using your account. You will be billed by the carrier.
Our preferred method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS). We prefer that you already have an account with UPS to ensure more efficient shipping. This is beneficial as you will get a better rate from UPS and shipping will be more accurate. You can use any shipping method with UPS that you desire. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Assmann Electronics. If a shipment is delivered late by UPS, please contact UPS customer support to resolve the issue.
If you do not have a UPS account, a shipping fee will be added to your order. If you prefer another shipping method, please provide us with your carrier name and your account number with them.
The last shipment of every day is sent out at 3:30pm Arizona Time. Arrangements can be made to ship on the same day you order as long as the order is placed before 2pm Arizona Time.
If the shipped items fail to function and are not the fault of the customer or the shipping company, the customer is entitled to a free replacement. Please call us and arrange a RMA number and send the faulty parts back, replacements will be then shipped to you.
